Translated to "Office of Law," this is exactly what one might picture it to be; both jail and a sheriff's office combined. Zacatecas doesn't yet have an actual court, so any severe cases will be sent to Amarillo, though it's still a considerably spiffy place. In surprisingly good condition and always being monitored, this is about as good as it gets for inmates, within Mexico.

Here, is the residential neighborhood of Zacatecas. Unlike most would think, seeing as the town is mostly high and middle-class, there are both good and bad parts of the neighborhood. Some homes are in splendid condition, with not a thing out of place, while others are on the rugged side, with chipping paint and cracked windows. It all depends on what you can afford really, as there's a definite variety here.

Translating to "The Auction," this area of town is exactly that; an auction house. Here, men and women from all over gather every few weeks to see items, from livestock to weapons, be sold. Generally, prices are lower then usual or for a good cause, hence the gathering of people, though the auction is very competitive, and and easy way to earn enemies. Buy a horse another man wanted, and as you can imagine, he won't be pleased. Even still, it's quite a grand place, with a smaller building surrounded by several paddocks and loading fences, which is kept in quite good condition.

The only school within all of Mexico, this place is known for it's acceptance of all classes. It's expensive, yes, though this is the only school nearby which accepts everyone who can pay, no matter where they come from or who their parents are. It's a good school, and though it's not known for the best marks, it's an education so many don't get the chance at getting. Now, they take from Kindergarten to Grade 12 students, so for those of you who want more education---head on over to Amarillo.

Meaning "The Deadly Caracara," this is the town saloon/restaurant. With a very warm, inviting air about it, as well as good food and splendid staff, most of the people within Zacatecas visit here regularly. Or, rather, those that afford it can. It's a very good place, with enough seats so it never gets full, and has gained a great reputation all throughout Mexico.

This fairly large, 95 acre ranch sits on the outskirts of town, in surprisingly good condition. With a large, two-story, three-bedroom home and a barn, this is considered the dream home, for most living nearby.
