• • océano de fuego
A possibly dangerous place, this particular portion of Tierras Muertas is made up of acres upon acres of dry, cracked earth and sand. Many men have perished within this brutal area, and so for those of which do decide to pass on through, be sure you have a good amount of water and edible items with you. Cactuses and shrubs litter the entire area, though trees are rather scarce, as they can’t survive the temperature. Now, some wildlife can, of course, be found here; like, for instance, coyotes and snakes. However, if you’re lucky, you may just come across a band of well-adapted wild horses, ready for the taking.

• • un pequeño paraíso
Surrounded by acres upon acres of dry land within the Ocean de Fuego lays a rather random, yet stunning, group of flourishing trees, in which encircle a pool of crystalline, clean water. Named "A Little Paradise," it can take a long while to come across this little peace of heaven, but it's certainly worth it, as not only is the water clean, safe, and certainly needed, but this is also an area occupied by plenty types of wildlife. Frogs and small fish alike live within the tiny pool, and as well, deer, coyotes, and stray or wild horses often make regular trips here, for a drink. Should one happen to be lost within the desert, this would definitely be paradise. Not many people know of this area, though the ones who do tend to keep it a secret.

• • silbando orilla
Named "Whistling Shore," for the eerie whistling sound that can often be heard upon the long stretch of deserted beach, this place is rather unique, indeed. Rolling waves crash against the sandy shore to a soft, subtle rhythm, and when the area isn’t full with people, it is often thought of as very peaceful. Now, it is this beach alone that runs along majority of Mexico, though the portion near Matamoros in which is most heavily occupied.

One of whom has taken a gander at the map may find the amount of free space somewhat mind-boggling, seeing as there's so much of it. This area is where the Zorro Del Diablo spend majority of their time, setting camps where they please when they please, and this is also the area where one would come looking for wildlife of any sorts, be it horses or prey. The terrain varies from barren, desert prairies to stunning beaches, and, although it can be dangerous if you don't know the land, is quite a splendid area to spend your time. |
