Near the center of Laredo lays the residential neighborhood, Indegencia. This is a dangerous place to say the least, and each and every house looks as if it's about ready to crumble to the ground. Lawns hardly have enough live grass to consider them as so, and the paint is peeling off of majority of the homes. This neighborhood is a busy one however, despite the mess, as many live here, both middle and lower-class.

Translated to "black horse," this is the only saloon within Laredo. Known for violent brawls and a high population of drunken individuals, this is hardly any place for a civilized lady. The meals are hardly decent, but there seems to be an endless supply of alcohol, so it keeps folks coming.

Hardly as well-kept and clean as Amarillo's town square, this area is a rather dangerous one, seeing as how many people flock through here daily. With a few, miserable shops set op surrounding the square, this is a blunt target for thieves and murderers alike. So, be careful when treading through.

Known by every man within miles for the women that stay here, this is the town Brothel. It's a larger, fenced in property with a long stretch of cabin-like rooms, each reserved for one of the women of whom work there. Men visit regularly, and yes, most of the time business does go down well. However, Laredo is a dangerous town, and the women have even more dangerous jobs. They're careful, and sometimes armed for their own protection, so, men? Stay classy, or you might regret trying anything.

A rugged, overpopulated area of town indeed, the Cesspit is Laredo's jail and sheriff's office combined. With half the cell amount as Amarillo and twice the criminal count, it's terribly crowded, with several mean per cell, leaving everyone irritable and pushy. The food wouldn't be touched by most homeless people, and neither the sheriff's office nor the jail are sanitary, taking on a rather grungy appearance. Officers here are rough and always armed, and will often react harshly towards and sign of danger from the inmates.

Translating roughly to "holy hands," this is the town church. Falling apart and loosing it's curb-appeal, this building has many years under it's belt; years that, obviously, haven't done well for the structure. The shutters are chipped and falling off, and as with most of the other building in Laredo, the paint is peeling. It's a considerably smaller building, but even with the situation in Laredo, people visit here daily. They're hardly as religious in Amarillo, but most still take time out of their day to pay a visit.

This small, 20 acre property sits on the very outskirts of town, in pretty ratty condition. With a tiny, one-story, two-bedroom home and no barn, this is hardly considered the dream home, for most. Surrounded by an older, wood fence in need of repair and spotted with gnarled trees, this property is, sadly, a rare find in Laredo. If you would like to purchase it, please contact Grey by PM.

Now, Laredo isn't the most pleasant, or safe, town to occupy. There are hundreds of people living here however, seeing as Amarillo only accepts the high-class, leaving the majority of civilians, lower-class or middle-class, to dwell here. There are parts of town that are better then others, though in general, it's a rather beat-up looking place. Gangs and immigrants traffic through this area frequently, and so it wouldn't be unusual to be wary, while living here. There are plenty of shops and such here, so one can be fairly happy, but it all depends on who you associate with.
